About Rick:

My wife and I have the privilege of living in what we consider Paradise, while working together as a team for The Wells Group. I have been in the real estate business since 1996 handling all aspects of residential, land, and commercial sales. My background includes twenty years of general contracting, development and project management, which is helpful for buyers and builders seeking land to build or homes to remodel.

Sandy and I are the proud parents of five grown children and eight grandchildren. We are active in New Hope Church and have participated for many years with Team in Training for the Leukemia Society, Habitat for Humanity, and Race for the Cure. I coached and refereed competitive soccer for ten years and am currently serving on the board of directors for The Durango Family Center. Away from the office, I can be found cycling, skiing, fly fishing or golfing. That’s life here in Paradise!
