About Lisa:

Lisa is a Buyer Specialist for Team Lorenz at The Wells Group. What does this mean? That she focuses on Buyers, and as a result is much more focused on their needs rather than having to be distracted with the marketing and listing activity of a traditional Realtor (that is spread in so many different directions.)

Some people seem to have destiny on their side. What some may attribute to luck, many have witnessed as the result of hard work in watching Lisa’s real estate career. Beginning with her receipt of “The Rookie of the Year” award from the Durango Area Association of Realtors, Lisa has been diligently applying her skills to help families buy and sell real estate.

Lisa graduated from UTSA in San Antonio and lived in Houston for several years. Lisa and her husband moved to Durango in 1993 to raise their family in a wholesome, healthy environment. With four children, school activities, soccer, chess, skiing, and more, their days are filled……with only the occasional interlude for a hike or golf game.
