About Abbi

Abbi Munn is a full time real estate broker specializing in residential sales, vacant land, farm/ranch, and commercial sales and marketing. Licensed in New Mexico and Colorado, Abbi enjoys working with both buyers and sellers. You will benefit from professional service in a fun, upbeat environment.

Born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico, she moved to Durango in 2001. Her family has been in the Real Estate business for three generations. Abbi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Urban and Regional Planning from New Mexico State University. While in college, she worked as an assistant for one of the top-producing agents in Las Cruces, NM and obtained her New Mexico Real Estate license in 2000.

In 2001 she began working at The Wells Group. Initially she assisted Joe Bob McGuire and in 2006, they formed a partnership. Together, their teamwork, professionalism, and belief in what they do for a living and in their community have resulted in their success. They are leaders in the real estate community and are consistently in the top 10% of all REALTORS® in La Plata County. They strive to provide excellent customer service and expertise on the local real estate market.

Abbi loves living in Durango where she owns real estate (investment and personal, alike) and enjoys the many recreational opportunities that surround her. When she's not in the office, Abbi and her husband, John can be found appreciating the many outdoor activities of southwest Colorado with their son, Logan. She enjoys running, hiking, biking, skiing, fishing, and traveling.
